Your data is stored on encrypted cloud servers with daily backups. We implement industry-standard security measures including two-factor authentication, passkey support, and encryption in transit and at rest.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Activity logs and supporting evidence are retained for a minimum of seven years to align with IRS record-keeping recommendations.
AI and Speech-to-Text Data
Audio recordings are sent to a third-party transcription provider for processing. Audio is processed in real time and is not permanently stored after processing. We do not use your audio recordings to train AI models.
Google Workspace API Data and AI
The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the "Limited Use" requirements. Google Workspace API user data is never sent to, processed by, or shared with third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning models, including OpenAI, and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Your Rights
